77gb Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the 77gb platform and its users. By opening an account, browsing, or using any service on 77gb, you give your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between a translation or version in another language and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

77gb is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are participating in these services knowingly and voluntarily.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on 77gb, you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you declare that you meet this age requirement. Proof of identity may be requested at any time to verify your age.

If an attempt to open an account by someone under 21 is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on 77gb. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• Full name (as per national ID)
• Active mobile number
• Active email address (if provided)
• Preferred payment method

3. Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your 77gb account password and login details confidential. Do not share your account information with anyone.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 77gb uses SSL encryption technology to keep your sensitive information secure.

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.
• Log out when your session ends after logging in.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

77gb will not be held responsible for any loss to your account resulting from your own negligence.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for deposits on 77gb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Funds sent through any other method will not be accepted and cannot be guaranteed a refund.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent through a third party will be returned and the account may be reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete or until the wagering requirements of a bonus have been met.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional time may be required if verification is needed.
• 77gb reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

77gb is committed to fair play and financial security. In the case of any unusual transaction, identity verification and information about the source of funds may be requested.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳12,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• There is a set time limit to meet the wagering requirements — if not met in time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Not all games may count equally toward meeting the wagering requirements.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or any attempt at strategic bonus hunting is a violation of these Terms. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6. Betting & Game Rules

All games and betting activities on 77gb are conducted on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the relevant round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be returned.
• Odds offered in sports betting are subject to change — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount for that event will be returned.

If there is a dispute over the outcome of any game, our support team must be notified within 24 hours. After verification, the correct result will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77gb platform and will be considered violations of these Terms:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or gain unfair technical advantage over the game software or systems.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through secret coordination with other users (Collusion).
• Transacting with funds obtained through theft, fraud, or illegal means.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Harassing or insulting other players or staff.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any withdrawable balance must be withdrawn before closure.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 77gb

77gb may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Age requirement violation.
• Self-exclusion request in accordance with responsible gaming policy.

Any valid withdrawable balance will be returned before account closure, though this may not apply in cases of Terms violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

77gb makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, 77gb is not liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical problems with your device.
• Your account information falling into another person's hands due to your own negligence.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters or cyberattacks).
• Financial losses resulting from gaming — there is no guarantee of winning in online gaming.

Gaming is an entertainment activity. Avoid playing beyond your limits and follow responsible gaming practices.

10. Changes to Terms

77gb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified in advance of any significant changes where possible. Continued use of the platform after changes means you have accepted the new Terms.

The "Last Updated" date on this page will always be kept current. It is in your interest to visit this page regularly.

11. Contact & Complaints

For any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding these Terms, please contact our support team. We provide assistance in both Bengali and English.

• Live Chat: Available 24/7
• Email: [email protected]

After a complaint is submitted, our team will review it and respond as soon as possible. In matters of dispute resolution, 77gb's decision will be considered final, though it will only take effect after a proper review.
